We are very lucky at Grantstown to have so many Volunteers.  They are valuable and give up their time to help support the local senior citizens. The Volunteers help in the Day Care Centre, driving the minibuses, delivering Meals on Wheels and are deeply appreciated by all of us here.

We encourage volunteers and quite often the volunteers progress to being employed by us via the community scheme, and in a lot of cases, they still come and offer their voluntary services after employment ceases and for the foreseeable future.
