Grantstown Voluntary Housing Association was opened in 1999 with 13 houses being built for the senior citizens.  In 2002 another 12 houses were completed bringing the total up to 25. The houses are designed to allow residents to live in their own homes, served by a network of supportive services.

All Day Care facilities are available to residents which allows them to maintain their independence and quality of life. Our aim is to promote independent living in a secure environment. We are currently awaiting planning permission for a further 16 units which will bring the total up to 41.
