Fitness Classes
Karen Holmes is running fitness classes Monday nights 7.30 - 8.30 p.m. in Grantstown Daycare Centre. These classes are fully tailored to individual needs and are suitable for all ages and fitness levels. These are beginner friendly classes in a fun atmosphere.
